About Me

It takes incredible strength to share your life experiences and pain with someone. Whether you have experienced a traumatic event or not, and find yourself dealing with feelings of anxiety, sadness, anger, or low self-esteem; there is hope for the decrease of these feelings in your life. By allowing yourself to move these feelings from acknowledging them to processing them, and allowing yourself to be in a space of grace, acceptance, and care for yourself, healing can sometimes not be far from reach.

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and teens who have experienced trauma, anxiety, grief, and more. I am committed to working hard to provide care, empathy, and validation for whatever you are going through in your life. The space I aim to create is one of non-judgement, compassion, grace, and healing. I also have experience working in spaces that are faith-based and enjoy providing faith-based counseling for those who are interested. I also enjoy working with couples, and helping them restore their relationship, improve their communication, and move forward with enjoyment.
