About Me
I am a therapist whose main goal is to create a safe and empathetic environment for my clients. I want every client to feel secure, valued, and understood. I'm here to build a space where you can open up, express your thoughts and feelings without hesitation, and embark on a transformative journey of healing and self-discovery.
My true passion is working with teens and adults, and couples , providing support and guidance as they confront a diverse range of challenges. I have a deep understanding of the profound impact that issues like depression, PTSD, anxiety, communication difficulties, chronic pain, identity struggles and various forms of abuse (physical, emotional, and spiritual) can have on individuals and their loved ones. I also specialize in nurturing cross-cultural relationships and have been trained to address spiritual concerns, trauma, and the complex emotions of grief. I also am Gottman trained and I enjoy working with couples to resolve the difficulties that are affecting their relationship and help them grow closer together so they can find fulfillment in their relationship.
For me, therapy isn't just about fixing what's already broken; it's about being proactive in safeguarding your mental well-being. I firmly believe in empowering you and your family with the tools and insights needed not only to conquer life's challenges but to proactively nurture your emotional health.
My skills and values have been shaped by my journey through both clinical and faith-based settings over the years. I am dedicated to creating a safe and empathetic space for healing and personal growth.
