Hardship and difficulty come in a variety of different forms. These may include depression, anxiety, stress, grief, struggles with self-esteem, perfectionism, trauma, relationship distress and more. I’m a trauma-informed therapist that works with individuals, couples and teens to reconnect them with themselves and their loved ones.
Our struggles are profoundly personal, and I know how risky it can be to share them with another human being. The courage and strength it takes to reach out to someone is substantial.
