We offer a clear and straightforward fee structure for all our services:

We accept a variety of payment methods to make the process as convenient as possible for you. This includes Zelle and Venmo (can include FSA, HSA, debit/credit cards) and cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance but can provide a Super-bill for possible reimbursement by your insurance provider.
At Brett Ryan Counseling, what you see is what you get. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. All costs associated with your therapy sessions will be clearly communicated upfront.
We understand that life happens, and sometimes you need to reschedule. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session to avoid a cancellation fee.
